Suggested Use:

1 drops into the palms, take a deep inhale + exhale bringing the rich and rosy aroma deep into your heart centre. 30 drops with distilled water in an 80ml glass/metal spray bottle, 

Diffuser: 3-5 drops in the diffuser,

Topical: 30 drops into 30ml of unscented oil/lotion for massaging onto the body or in a bath oil, 1 drop at heart centre for heart healing and 3-5 drops in a bath (swish water before immersing)
