Suggested Use: Blend 2-3 drops into the palms, take a deep inhale + exhale to quell fears and offer courage and protection. 30-40 drops with distilled water in an 80ml glass/metal spray bottle

Diffuser: 5-7 drops in the diffuser

Topical: 30 drops into 30ml of unscented oil/lotion for massaging onto the body, 2-3 drops on the soles of the feet for standing our ground. I drop in rubbed palms, holding gently at the back of the neck for energetic protection, and at the heart centre for courage.
