INGREDIENTS: Ylang Ylang, Palmarosa & Clary Sage with Amethyst imbued with blessings of courage and prayers to step out of time and space & drink directly from the sweet nectar of life.

Suggested Use: Blend 2-3 drops into the palms, take a deep inhale + exhale to ease anxiety and soothe the senses. 30-40 drops with distilled water in an 80ml glass/metal spray bottle. 5-7 drops in a bath (swish water before immersing)

Diffuser: 5-7 drops in the diffuser. 

Topical: 30 drops into 30ml of unscented oil/lotion for massaging onto the body or in a bath oil, 2-3 drops at heart centre for courage.
