Ingredients: Essential Oils of  Frankincense, Vetiver & Lavender with a Black Onyx crystal imbued with blessings for deepening connection with Pachamama, Mother Earth as well as prayers for connecting us with all that is above, below + within us. 

Suggested Use: Blend 2-3 drops into the palms, take a deep inhale + exhale to calm an overactive mind. 30-40 drops with distilled water in an 80ml glass/metal spray bottle, 

Diffusion: 5-7 drops in the diffuser.

Topical: 30 drops into 30ml of unscented oil/lotion for massaging onto the body, 2-3 drops on the soles of the feet for grounding, and on the third eye to turn the gaze within.
